I wonder what you have heard about Prague that made you worry so much. There is no "hen party" area to avoid. If you don't want to go to a strip club, just don't go into one. There is no such thing as a red light district so no need to worry.
Wenceslas square is a lively part of town at night. Stay in the centre, depending on your budget. I have been travelling to Prague for 25 years and I have never seen such a thing as you suggest with half naked ladies but let me know where the photos were taken so I can go have a look, purely for information purposes. What you describe is something I was surprised by when I visited cities such as Amsterdam , Brussels or Nuernberg. But there is no such "red light district" in Prague. The streets are "family friendly".
I have been all over Prague , at all hours. While prostitutes, brothels and cabarets do exist, one wouldn't notice them unless they are looking. No such area exists where women advertise themselves in windows. You have Prague confused with other cities. Stag and hen parties do walk around, but they are easily ignored and not welcomed at most clubs, restaurants or bars. I didn't see any last trip; perhaps the drop of the pound sterling is to thank for this As a local I never saw anything maching your description.
And safety is not an issue here. I also have never seen half-naked women in windows in Prague. A few cabarets and other such establishments are located there. Several years ago, a brothel tried to have scantily-clad ladies in the window a la Amsterdam. It didn't last long. Perhaps that is what you heard of.
